Step 1. Put all the bracelets on one wrist.
Step 2. Notice when you are thinking a negative thought and as quick as possible, stop thinking about the bad thought and replace it with a better feeling thought.
Step 3. Each time you think a better feeling thought, move a bracelet to the other wrist.

Your goal is to move over all 12 bracelets by the end of the day. Every positive thought you think about yourself, you will train your brain to attract more positive thoughts. Like thoughts attract like thoughts.
